Every Aurora WoodWorx order ships free to any mainland UK address. We dispatch promptly via DPD courier and pallet freight — here's everything you need to know.
How We Deliver
DPD Courier
Smaller orders of boards and pickets are dispatched via DPD tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order has been collected.
Pallet Freight
Larger or heavier orders are palletised and sent via a specialist pallet network. Delivery is kerbside — the driver will bring the pallet to the edge of your property.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after noon or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is completely free on all orders to mainland UK addresses — no minimum spend, no hidden charges.
Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout. No discount codes or minimum spend required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. DPD courier deliveries also include a one-hour delivery window notification on the morning of delivery.
Delivery Issues
1What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery before signing. If goods are visibly damaged, note this on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
2What if I'm not in when delivery is attempted?
DPD will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next working day. You can also manage your delivery preferences via the DPD app or tracking link. For pallet deliveries, please ensure someone is available as kerbside delivery requires a signature.
3Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We'll do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been collected by the courier.
4Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands?
Yes — delivery is free across the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. If you have any concerns about your specific location, feel free to contact us at [email protected] before ordering and we'll confirm everything is in order.
